Powernomics Africa Mining is a proudly South African mining company founded in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni in 2021 by Mrs Ntombizodwa Emmah Leope, headquartered in Rosebank, Sandton — Johannesburg. We focus on coal and chrome assets across Mpumalanga, Limpopo, New Castle and North West, with capabilities spanning production, supply and export.

Established in 2021 on the founding vision of Mrs Ntombizodwa Emmah Leope, the company was built by women, is led by African excellence, and is engineered for global scale. We exist to do more than mine — our work is to translate Africa's mineral abundance into lasting economic participation for communities long excluded from the value chain.

We operate to international standards — but we measure success in the lives we transform. Beneficiation, procurement inclusion, skills development and community partnership are not add-ons; they are core to how we do business.
